Welcome to the new Churches Together
in Headingley (CTH) Website
Churches together in Headingley (CTH) is an ecumenical group of Christian churches working together to help solve local problems and promote faith. We are living in an increasingly complex world where it can be difficult to take time out to attend to our spiritual needs. As Christians we understand these pressures (we are normal people with the same worries as everyone else!) and we don't claim to have all the answers but, what we do guarantee is a safe space in our churches and a friendly ear.
Throughout the year CTH hold various events to enable Christians and those who would like to explore faith (without pressure) to socialise, worship and help local charities.

Christmas Begins With Christ

Poster Competition
The closing date for the poster competition is Thursday 10th December, all entries need to be handed in at South Parade Baptist Church. If schools or Churches have collections of children's posters it can be arranged for them to be collected on the morning of Friday 11th December as long as contact has been made by the Thursday evening at the latest. The posters will be displayed in the Advent to Christmas shop (formerly Just Books) from Monday 14th December. |
